So few movies really get you pulled in to the characters and what happens to them, star trek really did that for me. I was sucked in from the begining scene, and my heart was pulled on when the man has to give his life for his crew but also his wife and child. J J Abrams has the ability to put talent together and get a good acting performance but he also cares so much about the story and each character. It was a riot to see chekoff, bones, ahurah, sulu, Spock and kirk become the people they are. And zachary quinto has that very curious look to him that really pulled of spock so well. All in all it was the best summer blockbuster so far, but it has the ability to become a classic immediately!
